1. Promotion Period

1.1. The Black Friday Sale (“Promotion”) commences at 9:00 am AEDT on 3 November 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm AEDT on 5 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

1.2. All offers are valid strictly within this timeframe and may be withdrawn, extended, or modified at Furniture Forum’s sole discretion.

2. Promotion Structure

2.1. The Promotion will be conducted in multiple phases over the Promotion Period, each featuring different offers, discount levels, or eligible product categories.

2.2. The specific timing, product inclusions, and discount values for each phase will be determined solely by Furniture Forum and may vary without prior notice.

2.3. Customers are not entitled to advance information regarding upcoming phases prior to public release.

2.4. Once a phase ends, the previous offer or discount will no longer be available, even if previously advertised.

2.5. Each phase may differ by product category or timing at Furniture Forum’s discretion.

3. Eligibility

3.1. This Promotion is open to all Australian residents who make an eligible purchase online at www.furnitureforum.com.au during the Promotion Period.

3.2. An “eligible purchase” means a purchase of an eligible product, paid in full, during the Promotion Period in accordance with Furniture Forum’s standard payment terms.

3.3. By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions and to Furniture Forum’s standard Terms of Sale.

4. Offer Details

4.1. Discounts may be:

  • a. Automatically applied at checkout;
  • b. Displayed as prices as marked; or
  • c. Applied through a discount code, which will be specified where applicable.

4.2. Offers apply only to eligible products clearly marked or identified as part of the Promotion.

4.3. Offers are not available outside the Promotion Period, and no rain-checks, hold-backs, or guarantees will be provided.

4.4. All displayed pricing includes mandatory charges (such as GST) and will be as accurate as reasonably possible.

4.5. Prices and discounts are valid only for the specific phase of the Promotion and may change at any time without prior notice; any change will be communicated via the Furniture Forum website.

4.6. Where a discount code is required, it must be entered at checkout to receive the offer. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively or combined unless expressly stated.

4.7. Furniture Forum reserves the right to correct any pricing, description, or technical error at any time.

5. Price Match Policy for Prior Purchases

5.1. Customers who purchased an item prior to this Promotion and wish to have the sale price applied must cancel and replace the original order at the promotional price.

5.2. If the original item has been dispatched or received, the customer is not eligible for a price match.

5.3. Funds from a cancelled order may take up to five (5) business days to return to the original payment method.

5.4. Re-ordering is subject to current stock availability, and Furniture Forum cannot guarantee product availability at the time of re-ordering.

5.5. By cancelling and re-ordering, the delivery timeframe will restart, and the replacement order will be treated as a new transaction.

5.6. This policy is offered at Furniture Forum’s discretion and does not apply to custom orders, clearance items, or final sale products.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1. If an item purchased during the Promotion is returned, any refund or store credit will reflect the discounted sale price, not the original full price.

6.2. Returns and exchanges remain subject to Furniture Forum’s standard Return & Exchange Policy and the rights of consumers under the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”), which cannot be excluded or restricted.

6.3. Promotional pricing cannot be reinstated after the Promotion Period has ended.

6.4. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

7. Exclusions

7.1. The Promotion excludes:

  • a. Gift cards;
  • b. Custom orders;
  • c. Clearance items; and
  • d. Delivery fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7.2. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, or promotion unless expressly stated.

7.3. The offer is not redeemable for cash, credit, or transfer.

7.4. Trade or commercial customers (purchases for resale or business use) may be excluded at Furniture Forum’s discretion.

7.5. “Custom orders” refer to items made or ordered specifically for the customer and not held in stock.

7.6. “Clearance items” refer to products sold at reduced prices for stock clearance and may be subject to separate or final-sale terms.

8. Errors & Availability

8.1. In the event of a pricing, description, or stock error, Furniture Forum may cancel or amend affected orders, notifying the customer and providing a full refund if payment has been taken.

8.2. Furniture Forum will endeavour to correct any published errors or technical issues as soon as reasonably practicable.

9. Delivery Delays

9.1. Delivery delays may occur during the busy promotional period, as Furniture Forum uses and relies on third-party carriers.

9.2. Black Friday sales can create backlogs with freight networks — customers should allow up to a two-week delay on deliveries.

9.3. Once an order is placed, Furniture Forum’s carrier partner is instantly notified. A representative from the carrier or a member of the Furniture Forum team will contact the customer directly with a delivery booking within the proposed timeframe, and will aim to provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to delivery.

9.4. For example, if a customer resides in Sydney Metro and the proposed delivery ETA is 10 business days, the customer may be contacted at any point within that 10-business-day period, including up to 9 business days later.

9.5. Customers are requested to exercise patience during this period and will be updated as soon as a delivery booking is received.

9.6. No compensation is provided for any delivery delays, as outlined in Furniture Forum’s standard Terms & Conditions. However, if the delivery timeframe no longer suits the customer, they are welcome to cancel their order at any time for a full refund.

9.7. Customers are encouraged to review the Christmas cut-off delivery timeframes page for the most up-to-date shipping information.

10. Communications

10.1. Due to increased enquiry volumes during the Black Friday period:

  • a. Customers should allow up to 72 hours for a response to any email or website enquiry.
  • b. Furniture Forum does not directly handle enquiries made via social media. All queries must be submitted via email to ensure accurate tracking and resolution.
  • c. Due to high call volumes, if no team member is available, customers will be prompted to leave a voicemail. Calls will be returned within 72 hours, provided valid contact information is supplied.

11. Right to Modify or Cancel

11.1. Furniture Forum reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.

11.2. Any changes will take effect immediately once published on the Furniture Forum website.

11.3. Furniture Forum is not liable for any loss or damage arising from any modification, withdrawal, or cancellation of the Promotion.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights a consumer has under the Australian Consumer Law, including statutory consumer guarantees.

12.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furniture Forum (its officers, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Promotion or reliance on any offers made.

13. General

13.1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

13.2. Furniture Forum’s Terms of Sale, Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy apply to all purchases made during the Promotion.

13.3. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

13.4. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
