Premium Delivery

Eligible for Same-Day Returns
Experience a more personalised delivery service designed to give you confidence in your purchase.

Our delivery team will carefully bring your sofa into your room of choice and unpack one piece so you can feel the craftsmanship and quality in person.

If you’re happy (and we’re sure you will be), the team will continue unpacking the rest of your lounge.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, they’ll repack that piece and return it to our warehouse, and you’ll receive an instant full refund (minus delivery fees) — no questions asked.

White Glove Delivery

Eligible for Same-Day Returns

Our most premium delivery experience for a completely hands-off setup.

Your furniture will be delivered to your room of choice, fully unpacked, assembled, positioned to your preference, and all packaging removed.

This option includes the same satisfaction guarantee as our Premium Delivery, so you can inspect the first piece before the team completes setup. Perfect for those who want their new lounge ready to enjoy from the moment it arrives.

 

Delivery Costs

As we utilise various carriers tailored to specific regions, our delivery rates are subject to variation. We recommend adding the relevant items to your cart and initiating checkout to ascertain the precise delivery rates & options for your selected item/s.

Shipping fees start from $100 contingent upon the distance from our warehouse and the chosen delivery method.

 

$1000 Backup Rate

If you see a $1000 delivery fee at checkout, it means we currently don’t deliver to your postcode. This rate appears because the platform has overridden our postcode restrictions. As we work with small freight businesses, we’re unable to offer delivery nationwide at this time.

If this happens, we’ll contact you to discuss your options. Additional freight charges may apply, or we may need to cancel your order if delivery to your area isn’t available. Thank you for your understanding.
