EOFY 20% Off Storewide Sale Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The 20% off sale is applicable to all products storewide. Only purchases made within the specified time frame outlined below are eligible for the discount.

   Sale Period: The sale will commence immediately and will conclude on Sunday, 30th June at 11:59 PM AEDT. Orders placed outside of this time frame will not qualify for the discount.

   Discount Application: The 20% discount will be automatically applied to all items once they are added to the cart. No additional discount codes, including those provided for first orders, can be used in conjunction with this offer.

   Delivery: The discounted price does not include delivery charges, which will be applied separately at checkout.

   Refund and Price Match Policy: Customers who have already purchased and received their items prior to the sale are not eligible for a refund, price match, or any additional discount. If a customer has placed an order but has not yet received it and wishes to take advantage of the sale, they must cancel their existing order and place a new one during the sale period. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process and reflect back on the original method of payment.

   Product Availability: Due to the anticipated high volume of sales during the promotion period, we cannot guarantee product availability for repurchase after a previous order has been canceled. Customers are advised to act promptly to secure their desired items during the sale.

   Dispatch Delays: Customers are advised to anticipate slight delays in order dispatch due to the high volume of orders received during the sale period.

   Sale Extension: No extensions or exceptions will be granted once the sale period has ended. All purchases made after the specified end time will be charged at the regular price.

   By participating in the EOFY 20% Off Storewide Sale, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Management reserves the right to amend or terminate the sale at any time without prior notice.
