1. Eligibility

Offer is available on eligible purchases made during the Promotion Period in-store or online at Furniture Forum.
This promotion is open to all customers residing in Australia.

2. Promotional Period

The promotion begins at 12:00am AEST on Tuesday 3rd September 2024 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 17th September 2024.

3. Offer Details

• Customers will receive 15% off the original price on all eligible lounge items.

• The discount is automatically applied at checkout — no code is required.

• Exclusions apply, including:

  • Accent chairs

  • Rocking chairs

  • Beds

• Offer is not valid on clearance, discontinued, or already discounted items unless otherwise stated.

4. Price Match Policy for Prior Purchases

If you purchased an item prior to this sale and wish to have the sale price applied, your original order must be cancelled and replaced at the promotional price.

• If you have already received or the item has already been dispatched, you are not eligible for a price match.

• Funds from the cancelled order may take up to 5 business days to appear back in your original method of payment.

• Re-ordering is subject to product availability at the time of the sale, and Furniture Forum cannot guarantee stock.

• By cancelling and replacing your order, your delivery timeframe may start again, as the replacement order will be treated as a new order.

5. Returns & Exchanges

If you return an item purchased during the promotional period:

• Any refund or store credit will reflect the discounted sale price, not the original full price.

• All returns are subject to our standard return and exchange policy.
