We hope you absolutely love your new Furniture Forum piece — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and what to do if your order arrives damaged.

Change of Mind

We understand that buying furniture is a big decision.

If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day change-of-mind guarantee as long as the item is unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging. You’ll just need to cover the cost of delivery back to our warehouse.

Same Day Returns (Premium & White Glove Delivery)

If you’re unsure about your purchase, we recommend selecting our Premium or White Glove delivery service (available in select regions). These premium delivery options allow our team to unpack one piece of your lounge so you can see and feel the quality in person before committing.

If you’re happy (we're confident think you will be) the team will unpack the rest. If not, they’ll carefully repack that piece and return it to our warehouse at no cost to you, and we’ll issue a full refund once it’s back with us.

Pre-Orders & Cancellations

A pre-order means you’re purchasing an item that’s currently out of stock but arriving soon. Placing a pre-order secures your item ahead of general release so it’s reserved for you as soon as stock lands at our Sydney warehouse.

If you change your mind, you’re welcome to cancel your pre-order any time before dispatch for a full refund, including your delivery fee — no admin fees or penalties apply. Simply contact our team at info@furnitureforum.com.au with your order details and we’ll take care of the rest.

If your order has already been dispatched but not yet delivered, you may still cancel your order. In this case, you’ll receive a refund for the product only. Please note the delivery fee is non-refundable, and in some cases, an additional return freight fee may apply to cover transport costs incurred by Furniture Forum.

Once your pre-order arrives at our warehouse, our team will contact you to confirm and arrange delivery.

What’s Not Covered

We’re unable to offer refunds or returns if:

  • The item has been opened, used, or assembled
  • You changed your mind after delivery
  • The product was altered or used in a way it wasn’t intended

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at info@furnitureforum.com.au with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Include photos or videos if the item is faulty or damaged.
  3. Our team will review and get back to you within 5 business days to arrange next steps.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout once your return is approved and processed.
