Our warehouse is based in Sydney, NSW, enabling efficient delivery to select regions in NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, and ACT. If we currently don’t offer delivery to your area, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to arrange a solution for you.

As we utilise various carriers tailored to specific regions, our delivery rates are subject to variation. We recommend adding the relevant items to your cart and initiating checkout to ascertain the precise delivery rates & options for your selected item/s.

Shipping fees start from $100 contingent upon the distance from our warehouse and the chosen delivery method.

$1000 Backup Rate

If you see a $1000 delivery fee at checkout, it means we currently don’t deliver to your postcode. This rate appears because the platform has overridden our postcode restrictions. As we work with small freight businesses, we’re unable to offer delivery nationwide at this time.

If this happens, we’ll contact you to discuss your options. Additional freight charges may apply, or we may need to cancel your order if delivery to your area isn’t available. Thank you for your understanding.

We'll do our best to find a suitable delivery option for you. If delivery isn't feasible, we may also offer the option for you to pick up the item from our Sydney warehouse.

Once we receive your order, it's promptly dispatched to the designated carrier serving your region. The carrier will then schedule your delivery within their upcoming runs to your area. Hyam Sofa Bed
Definitely the best couch I've ever had. Both in sofa or bed form.
The only downside is that I've paid $100 for the assemble, when the couch already comes assembled.
