Our delivery team will bring your sofa into your room of choice and unpack one piece so you can experience the craftsmanship and comfort first-hand.
If you’re happy (and we’re sure you will be), they’ll continue unpacking the rest of your lounge.

If not, they’ll carefully repack that piece and return it to our warehouse. Once it has been safely received and inspected, you’ll be issued a full refund (minus delivery fees) — no questions asked.

14-Day Change of Mind Guarantee
If you change your mind after delivery, you can still return your sofa within 14 days, provided it’s unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll just need to cover the cost of delivery back to our warehouse.
