Our warehouse is based in Sydney, NSW, enabling efficient delivery to select regions in NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, and ACT. If we currently don’t offer delivery to your area, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to arrange a solution for you.

At this time, we are unable to offer deliveries to North Queensland, Western Australia, Northern Territory, or Tasmania.

Delivery Rates

As we utilise various carriers tailored to specific regions, our delivery rates are subject to variation. We recommend adding the relevant items to your cart and initiating checkout to ascertain the precise delivery rates & options for your selected item/s.

Shipping fees start from $100 contingent upon the distance from our warehouse and the chosen delivery method.

$500 Backup Rate

If you see a $500 delivery fee at checkout, it means we currently don’t deliver to your postcode. This rate appears because the platform has overridden our postcode restrictions. As we work with small freight businesses, we’re unable to offer delivery nationwide at this time.

If this happens, we’ll contact you to discuss your options. Additional freight charges may apply, or we may need to cancel your order if delivery to your area isn’t available. Thank you for your understanding.

We currently deliver to most metro regions (and a few rural) in NSW, VIC, SA & QLD.

You can check using the postcode verifier below the add to cart button.

If it says 'we may not be able to deliver to your postcode', simply reach out to our friendly team at info@furnitureforum.com.au with your suburb, postcode, and the item you're interested in.

We'll do our best to find a suitable delivery option for you. If delivery isn't feasible, we may also offer the option for you to pick up the item from our Sydney warehouse.

Our orders are dispatched immediately and make their way to the 3rd party courier servicing your region.

The estimated time that the pre-ordered item is due to arrive to our warehouse is listed on each product page. Delivery times are added on after that ETA.

Once we receive your order, it's promptly dispatched to the designated carrier serving your region. The carrier will then schedule your delivery within their upcoming runs to your area. You can expect direct communication from the carrier within the delivery time frame provided for your region, providing at least 24 hours' notice to arrange a convenient delivery day and time with you.

The team at Furniture Forum responded quickly to my initial enquiry and continued to offer great customer support through to the delivery of my Maui Modular Elk 5 seater & ottoman.
The delivery timeframe was within the expected date and I was advised when it was due to arrive.
I’m very happy with the sofa. It is very comfy & looks great. The fabric is luxurious and looks like it will be very durable.

Comfy Love
We love our new Maui sofa! It's super comfy & ideal for our family.
Delivery was super speedy (especially vs the more traditional retailers), we had it within a week. Plus the FF team were amazing to deal with & always responded promptly.

Practically cat proof
Highly recommend furniture forum. We love the lounge we purchased, it's a massive 6 seater but could easily sit 12 and the quality is great. My biggest concern was how the fabric would hold up with the cats but the cats have had a scratch at it with minimal loose threads being pulled. It's not noticeable and the fabric is practically cat proof.
