Delivery Timeframes & Christmas Cut-Off Dates

As the holiday season approaches, we recommend placing your order before the cut-off date for your region (listed below) to maximise the chance of delivery before Christmas. While we’ll make every effort to accommodate, delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed due to reliance on third-party logistics providers.

Our small business partners with local delivery carriers who take a well-deserved break over the Christmas and New Year period. This means delivery timeframes are extended by several weeks during this time. Here's what you need to know:

Orders placed on or before the cut-off date for your region: We'll do everything we can to deliver your items before Christmas.
Orders placed after the cut-off date: Delivery will commence once carriers resume operations mid-January. Please note that the standard delivery timeframe applies.

Delivery Rates

Shipping fees start from $100 contingent upon the distance from our warehouse and the chosen delivery method.

$500 Backup Rate

If you see a $500 delivery fee at checkout, it means we currently don’t deliver to your postcode. This rate appears because the platform has overridden our postcode restrictions. As we work with small freight businesses, we’re unable to offer delivery nationwide at this time.

If this happens, we’ll contact you to discuss your options. Additional freight charges may apply, or we may need to cancel your order if delivery to your area isn’t available. Thank you for your understanding.

We'll do our best to find a suitable delivery option for you. If delivery isn't feasible, we may also offer the option for you to pick up the item from our Sydney warehouse.

Our orders are dispatched immediately and make their way to the 3rd party courier servicing your region.

When an item is on pre-order, it indicates that it is currently not stocked in our warehouse but is en route.

Pre-ordering ensures that the item is reserved for you upon its arrival. Pre-ordered items typically represent our top-selling products and are known to sell out quickly!

The estimated time that the pre-ordered item is due to arrive to our warehouse is listed on each product page. Delivery times are added on after that ETA.

Once we receive your order, it's promptly dispatched to the designated carrier serving your region. The carrier will then schedule your delivery within their upcoming runs to your area. You can expect direct communication from the carrier within the delivery time frame provided for your region, providing at least 24 hours' notice to arrange a convenient delivery day and time with you.
